All appointments must be booked online through our website or via phone. A valid phone number and email address are required for appointment confirmation and reminders.Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.Additional charges may apply for services provided outside normal business hours or for clients located outside our standard service area.Payments must be made via the payment methods provided on our platform. Failure to make payments will result in cancellation of services.
We offer a monthly subscription plan for the value of three haircuts. The subscription plan is non-refundable and non-transferable.Missed appointments as part of a subscription plan are not carried forward to the next month.
You agree to provide a safe and clean environment for our barber to perform the service.Any specific requests or preferences regarding your service should be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
We strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure that our clients are satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Swann Stylez will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs on your property during the service. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that Swann Stylez is not liable for any damages resulting from the services provided.
